Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the logistics of candidate interviews, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Advertise job openings on various platforms, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of job descriptions.
- Conduct preliminary resume evaluations to identify suitable candidates for further consideration by recruiters or hiring managers.

- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in generating and distributing regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate sources.
- Monitor and manage recruitment timelines, ensuring timely completion of all hiring stages.
- Contribute to the implementation of diversity-focused recruitment strategies to cultivate a varied candidate pool.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in a start-up or growth-oriented company is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with platforms like Trakstar Hire, Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with candidates and team members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites, with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
