Retail Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become part of our team as a Retail Operations Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the everyday functions of our grocery store and guiding a team of committed staff members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

  • Proven leadership skills

This role reports directly to the Store Manager and provides avenues for professional advancement within our company.
