**About Leap**

Leap is a retail technology company that helps e-commerce brands establish brick and mortar stores. We are seeking Part-Time Operations Associates who are eager to make a direct impact on the experience of our customers and the success of our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the execution of key operational functions, including shipment, receiving, and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
  • Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
  • Execute company-level operations-focused directives in partnership with the Store Manager and Retail Performance Manager.
  • Participate in general store maintenance, including cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
  • Support other areas of the business, including Sales & Service and Cashier, as needed.
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.
  • Embraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.
  • Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred.
  • Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
