We are in search of a Full-Time Supervisor to manage operations at our Washington D.C. location. The successful candidate should be proactive, adept with technology, and possess strong communication abilities. While previous management experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. In the role of Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of our fleet and collaborating with staff and management to establish effective operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training for new employees on wheelchair assistance and sensitivity awareness
  • Oversee maintenance records and organize vehicle servicing
  • Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles and manage office supply inventory
  • Supervise driver activities and resolve key dispatch issues
  • Address vehicle incidents and liaise with drivers
  • Maintain regular communication with management and drivers
  • Uphold company regulations and enforce parking lot guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours: 40 – 45 hours per week

Benefits: 401(k), Flexible scheduling, Health insurance, Paid time off

Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, Evening shifts, Night shifts, Overtime, Weekends as required

Education Requirement: Associate degree (Preferred)

License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required)

Commute Requirement: Ability to commute to Washington, D.C. (Required)
