We are in search of a Full-Time Supervisor to manage operations at our Washington D.C. location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technologically adept, and possess outstanding communication abilities. While previous management experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. As a Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of our fleet and collaborating with staff and management to implement effective operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training for new employees on wheelchair assistance and sensitivity awareness
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance records and oversee repair coordination
  • Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles and manage office supply inventory
  • Supervise driver activities and address dispatch challenges
  • Manage vehicle incidents and liaise with drivers
  • Maintain regular communication with management and drivers
  • Uphold company policies and enforce parking regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 – 45 hours per week

Benefits: 401(k), Flexible scheduling, Health insurance, Paid time off

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, Evening shifts, Night shifts, Overtime, Weekends as necessary

Education: Associate degree (Preferred)

License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required)

Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Washington, D.C. (Required)

Work Location: In-person
