The Corporate Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in providing essential clerical assistance at a corporate level to the Senior Executive Assistant.

  • Generates and revises daily deposit and lending reports.
  • Maintains and updates the Daily Branches Report.
  • Offers support to the Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Welcomes visitors and facilitates the sign-in process.
  • Handles, filters, and directs all incoming calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Delivers accurate and essential information through telephone, email, and face-to-face inquiries.
  • Ensures office security by overseeing access to the premises from the reception area.
  • Organizes conference room bookings and updates calendar invitations.
  • Validates parking arrangements for all guests.
  • Receives and processes all in-person legal documents; scans them to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborates with facilities management regarding incoming packages or mail.
  • Creates and distributes one-year anniversary cards for HR purposes.
  • Customizes and orders anniversary plaques for employees, including their name, anniversary year, and a personalized message.
  • Dispatches anniversary awards via courier along with a notification to all staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

A reasonable estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position ranges from $17.29/hr to $24.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including location, experience, and performance. Additional discretionary bonuses and/or business line incentives may be available, along with medical and other benefits associated with the position.
