Corporate Travel Coordinator

Position Overview: This role demands a meticulous individual capable of enforcing policies while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will engage with colleagues across all organizational levels and possess the analytical acumen required to manage travel data proficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate travel booking requests that deviate from established policies.
- Effectively communicate with team members from KUS and Kia NA, including senior executives, regarding travel requests and related matters.
- Ensure that travel bookings made through the company's travel management system adhere to corporate guidelines.
- Comprehend, convey, and implement corporate travel policies for all travel arrangements.
- Assist colleagues with travel bookings as needed.
- Address general travel inquiries and facilitate travel arrangements.
- Create guest accounts and oversee team member travel profiles.
- Document travel exceptions and trends, preparing necessary reports and supporting documents.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of travel expenses utilizing Excel.
- Engage in various ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage sensitive discussions with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and procedures.
- Customer service-focused mindset.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in corporate travel management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in office support or business administration roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or management.
