The Administrative Coordinator will ensure efficient clerical organization within the department while fostering a Patient-Centered Care atmosphere through the Own It Declarations.
Education, Training and Experience
Required:
Prior experience in a hospital setting or completion of a documented course for Administrative Coordinators, which includes familiarity with medical terminology.
Preferred:
High school diploma is preferred. Recent experience as an Administrative Coordinator is advantageous.
Skills or Other Qualifications
Required:
Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of proper body mechanics, safety protocols, and infection control, along with the ability to adhere to instructions.
Preferred:
Familiarity with section-specific testing information and related instrumentation.
Additional Information:
Part-Time position from 3pm to 11:30pm.
