Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate travel booking requests that deviate from established policies.
- Engage in clear communication with team members, including executives, regarding travel requests and related matters.
- Verify that travel bookings made through the company’s travel management system align with corporate guidelines.
- Comprehend, convey, and implement corporate travel policies for all reservations.
- Assist colleagues with travel arrangements as required.
- Address general travel inquiries and facilitate travel planning.
- Create guest accounts and oversee team member travel profiles.
- Document travel exceptions and trends, preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of travel expenditures utilizing Excel.
- Participate in various ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage sensitive discussions with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and procedures.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in corporate travel management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in office support or business administration roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or management.
