Administrative Coordinator

We are in search of a dedicated and results-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our executive team at ALL3 Industries, a leading company in the wellness products sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing intricate administrative tasks and providing essential support to our executives and senior management. This role requires a high level of independence, as you will manage various projects, schedules, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the administrative requirements of executives
- Serve as a representative for executives
- Oversee executive calendars and assist in meeting critical deadlines
- Independently arrange executive appointments
- Screen and manage incoming communications, responding when necessary
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, programs, and events
- Maintain and safeguard corporate documents and records
- Delegate and supervise project completion using project management tools
- Organize travel arrangements for work-related trips
- Train and oversee junior clerical staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting software, and project management applications
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Capability to engage with personnel at all levels in a dynamic environment while remaining adaptable, positive, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
