Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our team. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in various software applications to prepare reports, business correspondence, and presentations accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the management of vendor agreements, expense documentation, and financial records as necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing system for administrative documents and correspondence.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring all materials are adequately stocked.
- Facilitate the maintenance and servicing of office equipment.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License is necessary.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to make informed decisions and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is advantageous.
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Professional demeanor to represent the company positively.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback and work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
This position primarily involves sedentary office work, with occasional requirements to bend, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Proficiency in operating standard office equipment is necessary.

Compensation Overview:
- The estimated base compensation for this role is $48 per hour, subject to adjustments based on qualifications and other relevant factors.
