Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator is integral in assisting Account Managers and both internal and external clients, necessitating a strong dedication to personal development and collaborative efforts. This role emphasizes comprehending system and procedural requirements, fostering relationships with clients and team members, and providing outstanding customer support through both verbal and written communication.

This position is classified as non-exempt hourly and may require hours beyond the standard workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach all responsibilities with a client-centric attitude;
  • Establish robust relationships both internally and externally by delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Oversee communication channels and respond swiftly to inquiries;
  • Document inquiries and follow-up actions in a tracking system;
  • Efficiently gather and analyze information using various systems;
  • Listen attentively, comprehend, and resolve client inquiries promptly;
  • Keep stakeholders updated on case progress and request further information when necessary;
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings;
  • Report daily and weekly performance metrics to the Account Manager;
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and adapt to industry developments;
  • Provide training to employees and clients as required;
  • Act as a representative for the organization;
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma;
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in the industry;
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or healthcare is essential;
  • Ability to build personalized relationships with clients;
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, including active listening and empathy;
  • Capability to influence others and address client concerns;
  • Familiarity with customer policies and procedures is advantageous;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

Involves sitting and/or standing, reaching, bending, twisting, climbing, grasping, holding, pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment:

Operates in an office setting with computer screens and fluorescent lighting.
