Position Summary:

The role of the Customer Service Representative is pivotal in driving revenue through effective order management, understanding client needs, and providing solutions. This position collaborates closely with both technical sales teams and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from existing and potential customers to facilitate purchases.

• Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to inform them about new offerings and promotional opportunities.

• Articulate product features based on customer needs and technical specifications, while delivering effective solutions.

• Establish new customer accounts by accurately recording necessary information and verifying documents.

• Process orders received via phone or electronic data interchange (EDI) efficiently.

• Track order statuses and communicate updates to customers regarding any changes in order fulfillment, backorders, shipping dates, and payment terms.

• Address customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and credit options.

• Manage all aspects of order entry, invoicing, and acknowledgments with precision.

• Maintain up-to-date customer records for easy access by team members.

• Ensure a high level of professionalism in all communications with clients.

• Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of delivery, quality, and service.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of RWB's products, services, and technical capabilities.

• Utilize RWB's operating systems effectively to perform daily tasks.

• Foster open communication with sales colleagues to resolve any issues promptly.

• Assist customers in resolving problems related to returns, billing, shipping, and credit.

• Support marketing efforts by responding to inquiries from various platforms.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
