Key Responsibilities
Your Contributions:
The successful candidate will be an essential member of the Client Relations Team, executing the following key functions:
- Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming calls.
- Coordinate appointments for sales and leasing inquiries.
- Identify and escalate opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
- Adhere to communication protocols when addressing various topics.
- Assess customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with residents and community teams through exceptional service.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending lease agreements as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records in the call management system.
- Achieve personal and team performance metrics.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Be prepared for potential reassignment of work locations as directed by leadership.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in customer service.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Active personal mobile phone for communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, complemented by active listening abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with adaptability to various personality types.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to learning and personal development.
