  • Tax Withholding Setups
  • Standing Letters of Authority
  • Check Stop Payments
  • Additional training opportunities based on departmental needs

Training Coordination:

Sherry Holloman will serve as the dedicated Coordinator for training and will facilitate sessions via Zoom for the Memphis team, alongside other Subject Matter Experts.

Temporary staff will have the opportunity to work overtime as needed.

Conversion to Full-Time:

Full-time conversion is possible based on individual performance and departmental availability.

Position Overview:

This role acts as a liaison between various branches and the Home Office within a call center setting. Responsibilities include reviewing, updating, maintaining, and servicing client accounts. The position is crucial for safeguarding the Firm, Financial Advisors (FAs), and clients by enforcing collection procedures, policies, and regulations while ensuring superior service delivery.

The department requires additional support for year-end volumes, particularly in managing Money Movement requests and related tasks.

Key Competencies:

Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and precision is essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary to interact effectively with all levels of management and associates.

Multi-tasking Ability: The capacity to handle a high volume of calls from Financial Advisors and associates while providing exceptional customer service is critical.

Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with supervisors.

Stress Management: Capability to perform well under pressure from deadlines and fluctuating workflow volumes.

Educational Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Alternative Qualifications:

  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training approved by Human Resources will be considered.
