Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving product adoption and portfolio growth in the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the dermatological market, excellent sales and account management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals through effective sales and account development strategies
- Develop and execute geographic selling plans to implement the marketing plan and meet sales objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, VIP customers, and account influencers
- Collaborate with the Managed Care team on payor access initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on disease state and GEP technology, and convey knowledge of local market trends
- Allocate and manage resources effectively across the territory customer base
- Comply with corporate and legal requirements for promotional compliance, kit distribution, and storage
Requirements
- 3+ years of medical-related sales experience, with a focus on dermatology
- Advanced selling and consulting skills, with a strong understanding of the dermatological market
- Strong communication and account management skills
- Ability to implement in-office initiatives across multiple influencers
- Goal and quota management proficiency
- Collaborative and selfless mindset, with a solution-oriented approach
