Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and portfolio growth in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales goals, including market development and account growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and technology, as well as the dermatology market and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the dermatology community, including key opinion leaders, customers, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on dermatology or a related field.
  • Advanced selling and consulting skills, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a focus on building relationships with customers and stakeholders in the field.
