About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Catapult Solutions Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Consultative Selling: Consult with potential clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) industry experience.
  • SaaS or Tech sales environment experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, preferred.
  • Strong focus on growing accounts and net new business development opportunities.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
