About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. as a Major Account Executive - Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with large account customers, actively prospecting from a list of new accounts, and maximizing sales potential with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large account customers, leveraging your expertise in digital imaging solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large account customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital imaging solutions and products, able to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Executive in the Office Technology Industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business development and sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of business-to-business technical sales experience, selling to clients in the digital imaging solutions field or other related technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital imaging solutions and products, with the ability to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starting attitude, with a passion for driving sales growth and business development.
