This individual will support inbound sales processes by providing proposals to global sellers, while also upselling and cross-selling to an existing client portfolio. They will be responsible for non-complex renewal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing existing customer service portfolios to develop a hit map of additional services for upselling and cross-selling.Building an Expiring Contract map by country and developing a T-12 activity plan for each contract expiration to ensure timely renewals.Developing the business by building a new business pipeline, as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.Working as part of a deal team to ensure the best customer experience and response, including deal sharing across different sales teams.Executing marketing campaigns to develop the required pipeline.Adopting and maintaining TMF Sales Processes and Systems as part of daily responsibilities.Providing support to Local Office sales and Professional Sellers with Standard Proposal generation and delivery.Supporting inbound sales processes by providing proposals to global senior sellers.Assisting the local office with administrative tasks (updating CRM, following up on KYC processes).Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree, preferably in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.3 - 5 years of closed-ended fund experience in a fund administration firm or audit firm with closed-ended fund clients.Excellent knowledge of the English language.Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.Able to “solution sell,” focusing on understanding client needs rather than a hard sell.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and workload.Advertised: 05 Aug 2024 Central Daylight TimeApplications close: 30 Aug 2024 Central Daylight Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
