Job Summary

The Vice President of Operations will oversee operational security force programs on large scale National Accounts, focusing on key performance indicators and long-term initiatives. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance with financial performance projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with senior client representatives to measure contract KPIs and key long-term initiatives
  • Administer internal control programs to facilitate operational or administrative requirements of the contract
  • Engage subordinate managers and security operators to ensure contract compliance and define performance expectations
  • Receive and execute technical directions from clients within the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Ensure sound business practices are deployed to comply with financial performance projections
  • Maintain high standards of competence through instruction and training for managers, supervisors, and security personnel
  • Provide direct management to subordinate personnel
Qualifications
  • Must be capable of managing and supervising large scale security operations in a highly-regulated environment
  • Preferred candidate will possess an MBA degree with an emphasis on P&L performance
  • Must possess effective communication skills, both written and oral, and possess a bachelor's degree with ten years of successful civilian or military equivalent law enforcement experience, or fifteen years of successful security experience, or an associate degree with fifteen years of successful civilian or military law enforcement experience
