Position Overview:

The Vice President of Underwriting Sales plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes revenue across multiple platforms, including radio, digital, podcasts, and live events. This leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the performance of the underwriting sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to surpass revenue targets while ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the digital advertising landscape, identifying trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies that maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in media sales and management, with a proven track record of success.
