Position Overview
The Vice President, Account Director is accountable for the comprehensive management of one of our largest client accounts, overseeing financial operations and ensuring profitability while actively mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cultivate and maintain the client relationship for the designated brand.
2. Develop and implement brand strategies that effectively influence client objectives.
3. Contribute to and may lead new business initiatives.
4. Manage staffing, oversight, and leadership of the assigned account team.

Agency Operations
1. Comprehend the agency's revenue and profitability framework, ensuring project completion within budget.
2. Own revenue forecasting for the brand, negotiating budget requirements and providing input on fee structures.
3. Actively seek to enhance agency services and optimize internal resources.
4. Keep management updated on account status, challenges, plans, and meetings, involving senior management as necessary.

Team Leadership
1. Lead both the integrated agency team and the client.
2. Provide guidance on agency policies and best practices.
3. Foster staff development and mentorship.

Knowledge and Strategy
1. Approach brand management from a comprehensive marketing perspective.
2. Integrate cutting-edge technologies into client recommendations.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry trends.
4. Build relationships with industry thought leaders to enhance knowledge of the client's landscape.

Client Relationship Management
1. Maintain and enhance the client relationship for assigned brands.
2. Effectively present creative solutions to clients.
3. Proactively manage client relationships, seeking opportunities to strengthen and expand connections.
4. Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and potential new clients.

Qualifications
1. Proven experience in healthcare professional engagement.
2. Background in biologics is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated expertise across multiple channels, including professional, consumer, digital, and public relations.
4. Strong multitasking abilities and proactive approach.
5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical advertising sector.
