Position Overview
The Vice President, Account Director is accountable for the comprehensive management of one of our largest client accounts, overseeing financial processes and ensuring profitability while actively mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Client Relationship Management**
- Lead the client relationship for the assigned brand.
- Shape brand strategy and effectively guide the client towards achieving brand goals.

2. **Business Development**
- Contribute to and potentially lead new business initiatives.
- Manage staffing, operations, and leadership of the assigned account team.

3. **Agency Operations**
- Understand the agency's revenue and profitability framework, ensuring project completion within budget.
- Oversee revenue forecasts and negotiate budget requirements.

4. **Team Leadership**
- Keep management updated on account status, challenges, and plans, involving senior management as necessary.
- Serve as the team leader for both the integrated agency team and the client.

5. **Strategic Insight**
- Approach brand management from a holistic marketing perspective.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client marketplace changes.

6. **Execution and Communication**
- Clearly communicate strategic direction and ensure flawless execution of plans.
- Provide constructive feedback on creative outputs against strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare professional (HCP) marketing.
- Familiarity with biologics is advantageous.
- Experience across multiple channels, including professional, consumer, digital, and public relations.
- Strong multitasking abilities and proactive mindset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical advertising sector.
