Position Overview
The Vice President, Account Director plays a pivotal role in managing one of our largest client accounts, overseeing financial processes and ensuring profitability while actively mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Client Relationship Management**
- Own and nurture the client relationship for the assigned brand.
- Drive brand strategy and effectively guide the client towards achieving their objectives.

2. **Business Development**
- Contribute to and potentially lead new business initiatives.
- Oversee staffing, management, and leadership of the account team.

3. **Agency Operations**
- Understand the agency's revenue and profitability framework, ensuring project completion within budget.
- Manage revenue forecasts and negotiate budget requirements.
- Optimize agency services and resources, keeping management informed of account status and challenges.

4. **Team Leadership**
- Act as a leader for both the integrated agency team and the client.
- Provide guidance on agency policies and best practices, while fostering staff development and mentorship.

5. **Strategic Oversight**
- Approach brand management from a comprehensive marketing perspective.
- Integrate innovative technologies into client strategies and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends.

6. **Execution and Tactics**
- Clearly communicate strategic and tactical plans, ensuring flawless execution.
- Evaluate creative outputs against strategic goals and provide constructive feedback.

7. **Client Engagement**
- Maintain a proactive relationship with clients, seeking opportunities to strengthen and expand connections.
- Showcase agency capabilities to current and prospective clients, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare communications, with a preference for biologics.
- Channel-agnostic experience across multiple functional areas.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical advertising sector.
