Position Overview: Strokovsky LLC is in search of a seasoned and proactive Vice President of Operations to lead our operational initiatives and contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in human resources, financial oversight, customer relationship management, and operational optimization. This role involves streamlining our operational processes, supervising daily functions, resolving HR challenges, enhancing recruitment and termination protocols, overseeing financial forecasts, and ensuring compliance with established standard operating procedures. The Vice President of Operations will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be instrumental in executing all business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations to guarantee the seamless functioning and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Human Resources Oversight: Manage HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and refining recruitment and termination processes.
  • Financial Stewardship: Create and oversee budgets, financial forecasting, reporting, and projections.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and enhance CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
  • Strategic Development: Work alongside senior management to formulate and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with legal standards and proactively manage operational risks.
  • SOP Development: Lead the formulation, execution, and oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline; an MBA or JD is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Vice President of Operations or in a comparable role within a law firm or professional services setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, financial management, CRM systems, and SOP development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000 annually
