Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Recruitment Operations Manager to enhance our recruitment framework. The successful candidate will be tasked with supervising and refining the hiring processes, ensuring effective and strategic recruitment methodologies, and leading a team of recruitment specialists. This position demands a strategic mindset coupled with robust operational knowledge and a commitment to advancing recruitment practices to align with our organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in Operations: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Enhancement of Processes: Formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing recruitment workflows, improving candidate experiences, and increasing hiring efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment experts, including setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and offering training and growth opportunities.
  • Analysis of Data: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance, identify patterns, and provide data-informed suggestions for process improvements.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and various departments to grasp hiring requirements, devise recruitment strategies, and tackle challenges within the hiring framework.
  • Management of Vendors: Oversee relationships with external recruitment firms and job platforms, ensuring high service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Integration of Technology: Supervise the application of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring their effective use and timely updates.
  • Adherence to Compliance: Guarantee that all recruitment activities comply with legal standards, organizational policies, and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • A proven history of managing recruitment operations and enhancing hiring processes.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
