Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in Operations: Direct the comprehensive recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Enhancement of Processes: Formulate and execute strategies to optimize recruitment workflows, improve candidate experiences, and boost hiring efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, including establishing objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and offering training and development opportunities.
  • Analysis of Data: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance, identify patterns, and provide data-driven insights for process improvements.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing recruitment operations and enhancing hiring processes.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data, derive insights, and formulate strategic recommendations.
