Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Galileo Learning, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment initiatives across various departments, particularly focusing on hiring for HQ and Camp Director positions. Your responsibilities will include managing summer staffing recruitment and selection during peak hiring seasons. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will prioritize exceptional candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the job offer process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure outstanding candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and fostering a positive experience for all applicants.
  • Diversity Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates, engaging with various channels to promote Galileo Learning opportunities.
  • Interview Management: Partner with hiring managers to create and execute competency-based interview guides, coach hiring teams on effective interviewing techniques, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Work Environment
This role is remote, with the possibility of working from various states. A hybrid work policy may apply for employees in specific locations.

Physical Requirements
Applicants should be able to perform essential job functions, which may include lifting up to 30 lbs, operating a computer, and maintaining effective communication in various settings.
