Your Role

A Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for overseeing all facets of property transactions.

Clients often find the process of buying or selling a home overwhelming, relying on sales consultants for expert guidance on marketing their property and identifying homes that provide value and meet their requirements.

As a Sales Consultant, you will devise innovative strategies to make your clients' properties stand out in the market, ensuring a swift sale at a favorable price.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients.

In this position, you will:

  • Assist clients in preparing their homes for the market.
  • Guide clients through the home search process by attending showings and open houses.
  • Facilitate negotiations during sales and purchases to advocate for clients' interests.
  • Become knowledgeable about the local real estate market and stay updated on recent sales.
  • Create distinctive marketing materials to promote your real estate services.
  • Advise clients on staging their homes for a quick and profitable sale.

Compensation Details
In the real estate sector, earnings are directly linked to a consultant's performance.

While a real estate license is not mandatory to apply, it is required before officially joining our team.

To obtain a real estate license, you must complete accredited real estate courses (online or in-person) and pass a state licensing examination.
