Your Responsibilities: Facilitate real estate escrow transactions by identifying requirements Serve as a point of contact between involved parties, comply with company policies, and minimize risks Ensure accurate accounting and distribution of funds Review property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents Draft legal documents necessary for the completion of sales Conclude transactions by recording and filing relevant documents
Your Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in escrow services Proficiency in managing escrow transactions Willingness to embrace new technologies and proprietary systems Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Effective problem-solving and organizational skills Collaborative team player with the ability to mentor and assist others Familiarity with MS Office suite and adaptability to new technologies Valid licensing/certification as required High school diploma or equivalentCompensation Range: $24.74-$33.89 per hour
