Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert pre-qualified leads into successful transactions.
  • Schedule and conduct presentations for potential sellers.
  • Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries to expand our client base.
  • Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their homes to attract buyers efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their property listings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Set appointments effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database management and CRM tools.
  • Utilize sales scripts to guide conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License.
  • Open to coaching and feedback.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Commission-based compensation structure.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
