Position Title: Regional Sales Leader


Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of Territory Account Specialists to meet strategic sales targets while fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer-focused business strategies that enhance product demand and optimize the customer journey.
  • Engage in the Regional Leadership team to support overarching regional objectives, business execution, and team development.
  • Offer extensive knowledge and guidance in clinical, access, territory management, and marketing strategies to team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Proven track record in successfully marketing biopharmaceutical products to clients in specialty and institutional environments.
  • Willingness to travel 60-80% within the designated territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading sales teams within large healthcare practices, hospitals, and institutional clients.
