We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director, responsible for driving the growth of our code intelligence platform in the US East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Account Executives, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and generating opportunities with new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals in new and existing accounts.
  • Lead a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Executives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, training, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Expert knowledge of the developer tools market and code intelligence platforms, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
