Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals in new and existing accounts.
- Lead a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Executives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, training, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Expert knowledge of the developer tools market and code intelligence platforms, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
