Position Overview: The Regional Sales Leader is accountable for achieving sales objectives within the designated district for Nevro. This role involves managing various resources, including clinical support and field sales teams, to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ensure the successful sales of Nevro's product offerings to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Oversee fiscal responsibilities and budget management.
- Manage asset and inventory effectively.
- Develop and assess corporate pricing agreements with clients to maintain competitive product value.
- Create and implement a comprehensive business strategy.
- Promote and secure orders from both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide regular reports on activities, sales volumes, and training requirements.
- Support sales associates and clinical teams in expanding into new accounts.
- Contribute to the success of sales and marketing initiatives through dedicated efforts towards sales teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical device or medical product sales is required.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management or related leadership roles is essential; experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room settings is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership and motivational abilities, evidenced by active participation in team or community organizations in a leadership capacity.
- Strong goal-setting and execution skills, with a track record of achievements in previous roles.
- Basic computer proficiency, including navigating a Windows environment and managing email communications.
- A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance are required.
- This role necessitates travel exceeding 50% of the time.
