Join us as a Regional Sales Supervisor, where you will lead and mentor a team of Field Coffee Sales Advisors within a designated area.
Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Supervisor will be equipped with comprehensive training on client program initiatives to effectively engage sales representatives, retail associates, and customers regarding the latest coffee product offerings.
This position will oversee the daily growth and development of a dedicated group of Field Coffee Advisors, traveling to various retail locations to provide targeted coaching, training, and support to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about product features and executing sales strategies effectively.
The Supervisor will also manage product demonstration supplies, maintain retailer relationships, and conduct engaging demonstrations during store visits.
Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for coffee, a proven sales background, and a proactive attitude towards promoting the brand and its sustainable initiatives.
Work Schedule:
- 25-35 hours per week
- Flexible availability required
- Travel to various retail locations within the assigned area

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Identify sales opportunities at the retail level
- Organize and execute sales events
- Communicate inventory issues to relevant parties
Training & Development:
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for team members
- Ensure representatives are well-versed in product knowledge
- Implement coaching interventions as needed
- Facilitate training for new product launches
Internal Communication:
- Complete detailed reports after store visits
- Document store conditions, traffic patterns, and sales trends
- Address in-store issues promptly
- Share competitive insights and strategies
Operational Duties:
- Meet predefined visit frequency goals
- Adhere to travel and expense policies
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of retail or event sales experience
- Supervisory or training experience is advantageous
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to various retail locations
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Access to a smart device with data plan
