Position Summary
The organization is initiating a search for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead its operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the organization's product programs across the service area.

  • Oversee the development and improvement of compensation policies.
  • Enhance financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Advocate for improvements in government food programs and policies.
  • Evaluate the organization's business model in response to changing food donation trends.
  • Ensure operational efficiency in warehouse management and food distribution.
  • Develop performance metrics to measure organizational growth and impact.
  • Advise and support the executive leadership team.
  • Represent the organization in various regional and national forums.
  • Assist in budget development and monitoring.
  • Provide strategic leadership for future organizational growth.
  • Engage in community outreach and special events.

Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in governance and leadership within a large non-profit or relevant organization.
