Reporting directly to the President & CEO, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of manufacturing, field services (installation, service, and template), and procurement, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal efficiency throughout.

  • Deliver strategic leadership to enhance operational performance in manufacturing, field services, and procurement.
  • Champion safety initiatives to cultivate a safety-first culture among team members.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine workflows and achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve quality challenges and promote continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate quality control measures and implement enhancements to uphold standards.
  • Formulate strategies for synchronized workflows to efficiently meet customer demands.
  • Assess manufacturing cells to align with specific customer requirements for timely delivery.
  • Leverage EOS tools to facilitate strategic execution and innovation.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with various departments to ensure alignment and improve operations.
  • Present operational performance analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Execute additional responsibilities that support the organization's values and vision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years in operations management, with at least five years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing operational strategies and process enhancements.
  • Strong financial insight and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to foresee future trends and spearhead strategic initiatives.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System and Synchronous Flow principles is advantageous.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Potential travel to various company locations, customer sites, or industry events.
  • A blend of office, field, and manufacturing environments.

Work Schedule:
