Job Overview

Babylon Enterprises has recently initiated a new campaign in collaboration with Verizon to promote their innovative 5G Home Internet service in the Greenville region. This service represents the FIRST 5G wireless network designed specifically for residential use, offering remarkable benefits such as ultra-fast Wi-Fi connections, gigabit speeds, and minimal lag.

We are in search of a motivated Junior Account Manager to spearhead this exciting project. The primary goal is to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that enhance product visibility, generate interest, and create sales opportunities. We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager who is passionate about launching a new campaign and eager to witness the positive outcomes and growth potential that accompany it.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through effective listening and consultative sales approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Management and Sales teams to devise practical solutions for overcoming objections.
  • Achieve established sales goals within the designated territory by promoting products, upselling services, and building a referral network.
  • Secure and qualify new account contracts while gaining valuable business development experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training focused on leadership, team dynamics, and mentorship.
  • Assist in the training and professional growth of new team members.
  • Observe senior management to learn effective leadership techniques and how to inspire a team to meet individual and collective objectives.

Qualifications for the Junior Account Manager:

  • A degree in Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • No prior management experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
  • A history of stability in previous employment and a commitment to a long-term career are essential.
  • Experience in a leadership role is advantageous and highly valued.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, persuasive abilities, self-discipline, empathy, and integrity are crucial.
