- Build and sustain exceptional relationships with clients and prospects through consistent follow-ups, timely and accurate quotes, and comprehensive account support. Proactively address and follow up on all client needs.

- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Exhibit strong understanding of insurance products, rating and underwriting processes, coverages, and industry practices to effectively acquire new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Demonstrate a proven history of success in business-to-business sales. Exhibit strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities with a knack for closing deals.
- Be client-oriented, focused on customer satisfaction, and assertive in establishing new client relationships while servicing current clients.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing complex tasks independently, sound business judgment, strong decision-making capabilities, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess proficiency in technology and computer systems, including agency management software.
