Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the key contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, comprehending their business objectives, and ensuring the effective delivery of our marketing solutions. You will work closely with our internal teams to create customized strategies that yield measurable outcomes for our clients.

Compensation:

$60,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization, ensuring transparent and efficient communication.
  • Oversee client accounts, including onboarding processes, ongoing relationship development, and client retention efforts.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients' operations, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely execution of services such as website creation, search engine optimization, Google My Business optimization, advertising campaigns, and customer relationship management solutions.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client value.
  • Respond to any client inquiries or issues swiftly and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in account management, ideally within the digital marketing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of website development, SEO, Google My Business, online advertising, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Capability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
