About the Role

RDA COMPANY LLC, a pioneer in Business and Technology Consulting and software development, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead business growth efforts in the Southeast territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Channel your sales expertise to secure new client acquisitions and strategically grow existing accounts across industries such as Manufacturing & Distribution, Retail, and Financial Services.
  • Lead with Strategy: Help clients and prospects identify the 'why' behind an initiative or engagement, consulting with them to gain clarity and consensus with their peers and stakeholders.
  • Tailor Solutions: Collaborate closely with C-level Executives and Marketing/IT/Digital leaders to understand customers' unique challenges and objectives, providing personalized insights and tailored solutions.
  • Team Up: Join forces with other RDA COMPANY LLC Digital Strategists, UX Designers, Technologists, Marketers, and Practice Directors to strategize campaigns and showcase solutions at industry events.
  • End-to-End Management: Take charge of the entire sales cycle from lead identification to closing, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and ROI.
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Cultivate robust relationships with partners, leveraging mutual strengths and synergies to unlock new revenue streams and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop robust annual business plans with strategic account strategies, leveraging advanced sales tools to drive target achievement and accelerate company growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Expertise: Minimum of 10 years' experience in consultative selling, specializing in strategy & advisory services, technology platform implementations, and application development and modernization.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and conviction.
  • Mobility & Adaptability: Willingness to travel and seize opportunities on the road.
  • Educational Background: College degree strongly preferred, complementing your extensive experience and expertise in the field.
  • Extra Savvy: Knowledge and experience working with CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, Search, DAM, PIM, Intranet, and Customer Portal solutions is a big bonus.
