The Junior Account Executive will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities and support customers throughout the sales process, ultimately driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess resourcefulness, analytical skills, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities, along with a talent for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Executive:
- Support senior management in account oversight by serving as a representative for our clients, directly presenting and marketing company offerings to both new and existing customers.
- Engage with clients to ensure their needs are comprehensively understood and addressed, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through targeted outreach initiatives.
- Generate business opportunities by employing strategic sales techniques, including customer development and relationship cultivation.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain expertise in the products and services provided by our clients.
- Assess customer needs to align them with the most suitable services and assist the sales team during the activation phase.
- Support the sales team in surpassing sales targets and promptly address all inquiries.
Qualifications for the Junior Account Executive:
- A Bachelor's degree in communications or business management is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales roles.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively address objections.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
