We seek an Entry-Level Account Manager who is dedicated to putting in the effort to gain valuable experience and advance into higher management roles.

The Entry-Level Account Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities and assist customers throughout the sales process, ultimately leading to increased revenue. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Manager:

  • Support senior management in account oversight by acting as a representative for our clients, directly presenting and marketing company products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their needs are clearly understood and addressed, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Identify business opportunities by employing strategic sales techniques, including customer development and relationship management.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain proficiency in the products and services provided by our clients.
  • Evaluate customers by aligning their needs with the most suitable services and assist the sales team during the activation process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to surpass sales targets and manage all inquiries promptly.

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Account Manager:

  • A Bachelor's degree in communications or business management is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales roles.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively address objections.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to build trust and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
