About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Development Manager to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our Strategic Planning department, you will be responsible for fostering external relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Cultivate Strategic Relationships
    • Identify and develop strategic relationships with community partners and facilities to drive new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to implement initiatives for pipeline development.
  • Implement Initiatives for Pipeline Development
    • Work with service line and hospital leadership to gather and provide information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians, and partner facilities.
    • Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process.
  • Enhance the Overall Experience
    • Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions, including educational opportunities, practice services, and patient-based services.
    • Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals, and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
    • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Additional Preferences
    • Physician relations experience.
    • Sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.
    • Neurosciences knowledge.
    • Ability to learn and be coachable.
