The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing our global growth strategy, with a strong focus on revenue enhancement and sustainable technologies.
This position offers significant visibility within the organization, which is currently experiencing accelerated growth. It requires extensive collaboration across Ecolab. The successful candidate will act as a thought leader, guiding and implementing our global growth strategy. This pragmatic approach is centered on boosting revenue velocity while developing a portfolio of sustainable technologies across Data Centers, Semiconductor manufacturing, and Colloidal Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation of strategic business unit growth strategies and establish a robust M&A target pipeline, supporting the development of that pipeline through acquisitions, alliances, licensing, and partnership opportunities aligned with the strategic vision.
- Oversee the advancement of critical initiatives and transactions aimed at diversifying the industries served and establishing a sustainable growth trajectory for the business, including the management of integration processes.
- Create frameworks to support the identification, incubation, and evaluation of essential growth initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and spearhead the investigation, design, and initial execution of those initiatives, along with other growth opportunities within the core business and key early-stage startup ventures.
- Develop and nurture a 3-5 Year Strategic Plan in close collaboration with GHT Leadership to expand core businesses, penetrate adjacent markets, and establish new business models that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in Commercial, Business Management & Marketing, or Consulting within an Industrial context
- In-depth knowledge of target markets, particularly in Micro Electronics and Data Centers
- Experience in integration processes
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, economics, or another highly analytical discipline
