This full-time position primarily operates during daylight hours, Monday through Friday, utilizing a hybrid work model.
In this capacity, the HR Generalist will act as the primary employee relations representative for designated departments. Furthermore, they will assist the HR team with orientation programs, compliance audits, HR analytics, retention strategies, and various other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in local and/or organization-wide committees that focus on initiatives aimed at advancing the organization towards its strategic objectives.
Communicate expectations effectively with business, operational, and HR partners while fostering a collaborative environment where all HR functions work cohesively.
Provide HR consulting services by collaborating with business, operational, and HR leaders to recommend solutions regarding employee relations, policies, engagement, retention, employee safety, and cultural enhancements.
Utilize HR metrics to design and implement initiatives that positively influence the organization and enhance the employee experience.
Champion inclusion efforts and cultural improvement initiatives within the organization.Continuously develop skills and enhance business acumen to remain informed about industry trends. Demonstrate professional knowledge and the ability to integrate new insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience in human resources operations focused on employee relations.
OR a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a preference for one year of experience in human resources operations.
OR a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
OR successful completion of a relevant training program.
Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
