Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to enhance the experience of our valued clients at Benefit & Financial Strategies. This full-time role is essential in providing a seamless and welcoming environment for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone inquiries and warmly welcome clients.
  • Organize and schedule client meetings efficiently.
  • Handle the processing of both incoming and outgoing documentation for clients and vendors.
  • Develop and uphold procedures for managing client data and CRM tasks.
  • Support our financial advisors and employee benefits manager with various administrative duties.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual compliance reports for advisors.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in reception and coordination, is highly valued. Proficiency in CRM systems is advantageous, although not mandatory. Candidates with relevant licenses in life, health, or securities will be given preference.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledgeable in office equipment and computer applications.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Type

Full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
