Job Overview

BCforward is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional support and assistance in a dynamic environment.

Position Details

Role: Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels including in-person, phone, and email.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and supply area to ensure efficiency.
  • Accurately complete documentation and input data into the system.
  • Manage the ordering and purchasing of supplies, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Assist technicians by retrieving and delivering necessary parts.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to verify incoming supplies against documentation for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Windows.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
Experience Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in a parts supply operation related to automotive or heavy equipment, with responsibilities including receiving, stocking, and distributing a diverse range of parts and supplies.
