Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:


Responsible for drafting and organizing proposals and marketing materials for strategic initiatives.

Assists in the preparation of qualification packages, proposals, and supplementary materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with key messages.

Supports the presentation phase of strategic pursuits.

Prepares materials for both internal and external meetings and actively participates in client service team discussions.

May oversee division public relations activities, which include crafting press releases, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other PR-related initiatives.

Performs additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or

In lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Proficient in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively in a corporate setting.
  • Experience in researching and compiling data on clients, communities, and markets.
  • Adept at reviewing documents, outlining requirements, and implementing feedback from senior staff.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
